Located in Charente,the south west of France in the heart of the tranquil village of Ansac sur Vienne, 'Fleur de Lys' is a delightful 'Maison Bourgeoise' built in 1835 . The house includes three independently themed en-suite guest rooms.Downstairs, guests have access to a delightful kitchen diner and lounge area featuring an attractive old fashioned wood burning stove with fridge, cooker, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and free tea and coffee making facilities.

The property features a 1/3 acre rear garden with access to a spacious swimming pool . This is complimented by an open sided hangar adjacent to the house with a seating area, dining tables and a barbecue.

The pleasant medieval market town of Confolens is also nearby,the town still has picturesque remnants of its medieval past, including city walls and several houses dating from the fifteenth to the eighteenth centuries. most famous for its annual festival of Folk music and dance held in the middle of August, is an event dedicated to the popular arts and traditions in the world with at least a dozen dancing musical troupes attributing performers form  all over the world.
